eOne sells Nettheim's 'Hunter'

LONDON -- Entertainment You've guaranteed a raft of territory sales for Daniel Nettheim's "The Hunter," which preemed within the Toronto Film Festival the other day. Following its U.S purchase to Magnolia within the fest, pic appeared to become agreed to U.K. (Artificial Eye), Japan (BMS), Canada (eOne), Germany (Ascot Elite), A vacation in a holiday in greece (Strada), Chicken (Umut Sanat), Bulgaria/Romania (New Films), Belgium (Kino Swiat), Indonesia/Vietnam (PT Parkit), India (Pictureworks) as well as the Middle East (ECS Film Distribution). Film is at active discussions for Benelux, Scandinavia and Latin America. The mental drama, toplining Willem Dafoe, Mike Neill and Francis O'Connor, was produced by Porchlight Films' Vincent Sheehan ("Animal Kingdom"). It sees Dafoe play a mercenary hired having a bio-tech firm to locate an infrequent, possibly extinct animal referred to as Tasmanian Tiger inside the remote backwoods of Tasmania.
